Rich has an extensive business background as a Manager with AT&T. His 27 years with

this Fortune 500 Company most recently included the National Manager of Market and

Customer Service Strategy for the Residence client base from the New York

Headquarters. In Arizona he managed the Consumer Products Sales and Customer

Service Groups and the National Business WATS Service Center Groups.

 

After early retirement from AT&T, Rich joined Century 21 to begin his real estate career.

Over the past four years he has developed and applied cohesive marketing and customer

service strategies that have been absent from most real estate companies. As Broker

President of Newhouse Realty & Mortgage, Rich has implemented a strategy that

combines quality, experienced agents with technologically advanced customer service

and marketing plans to make Newhouse Realty unique in the marketplace. Rich's extensive backgrounds with customer

service and client satisfaction make him the perfect point man to direct this new and growing company.

 

Rich is also the President of the St. Paul's Men's Club and teaches Fourth Grade Religious Education at the church. He

is a head coach for National Youth Sports for little league baseball and flag football, an avid Diamondback and Cardinal

fan, enjoys travel, golf, hiking, antiquing, and is a lifetime member of the Antique Airplane Association of America.
